A woman has gone viral after sharing the upsetting reaction she received from a man she was supposed to go on a date with, after informing him she couldn’t make it due to menstrual cramps.
The lady, known as @mary_jay18 on TikTok, posted a video explaining that she and the man had been planning their meet-up since the previous week. However, on the agreed day, she experienced severe period pains and had to cancel their plans.
To her surprise, the man lashed out angrily, sending her a harsh voice message filled with insults. He demanded that she refund the money he had already sent for her ride to the venue, claiming she wasted his time and resources.
She noted that up until that point, he had never spoken to her rudely or shown signs of aggression. The sudden outburst served as a red flag for her, and she expressed gratitude that their relationship hadn’t progressed to a more serious level.
