In a viral post shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), the woman criticized the school’s approach to homework, stating that what is taught in class is entirely different from the assignments sent home. She argued that if the children were being given tasks related to their classroom lessons, they would be able to complete them independently without needing their parents' help.
She expressed her grievances by sharing a series of posts detailing her frustrations, stating:
“My child is the one attending your class, yet you’re practically giving me and my husband the assignment to do.”
“You teach them 2+2 in class, and then you send them home with quadratic equations. It’s unfair because now both parents are struggling to complete assignments that are way too advanced for these kids.”
“Did we attend the class with them? If the homework was based on what they actually learned in school, they wouldn’t need our help to complete it.”
“We already pay expensive school fees, now we have to do the homework too? At this rate, just tell us to start attending school as well. Maybe when we drop off our kids, we should also sit in class with them so we don’t struggle with their assignments at home.”
