A Nigerian man has made headlines after vowing to take legal action against his wife following the results of a DNA test which confirmed he is not the biological father of her 11-year-old daughter. The man, identified as Isaiah Chuko, took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to share his emotional and legal battle, accusing his wife of deceit and manipulation.
According to Isaiah, he decided to proceed with a DNA test due to ongoing suspicions tied to what he described as his wife's "wayward lifestyle" and manipulative tendencies. The test, conducted without her knowledge, led to a confrontation in which his wife reportedly slapped him. Despite the revelation, Isaiah initially hesitated to act further, influenced by his deep emotional connection with the child and his family's plea for compassion.
In a bid to continue supporting the child, Isaiah set clear conditions his wife had to fulfill. However, she allegedly failed to meet these requirements and instead left the child in the care of Isaiah’s sister. Feeling overwhelmed and unsupported, Isaiah eventually returned the child to her biological mother’s family.
The situation escalated further when Isaiah claimed his wife conspired with his sister to have him arrested. He recounted being accused of severe misconduct, mistreated by law enforcement officers, and pressured to sign a false statement. He was only released after his lawyer intervened, ending what he described as a traumatic experience.
Devastated by the emotional fallout, Isaiah revealed that he had once loved the child so deeply that he tattooed her name on his arm. Despite the pain of separation, he has now resolved to sue his wife for fraud and conspiracy, as he seeks justice and closure from the ordeal.
His story has sparked widespread debate on social media, raising questions about paternity fraud, emotional trauma, and legal recourse in family disputes. See photos from his post below…
