A Nigerian man has stirred reactions online after sharing a shocking experience involving an Ethiopian lady he met at a hotel balcony. According to him, the lady requested a luxury bag worth $9,000 barely 10 minutes after they exchanged numbers.
The man took to social media, specifically X, formerly Twitter, to narrate the incident. In the viral post, he expressed his disbelief over how quickly the lady made such a huge financial request despite the fact that they had just met.
In the video, he explained:
“While I was checking out of my old hotel, I saw an Ethiopian girl. She looked really good, so I decided to walk up to her and start a conversation. I complimented her, and we exchanged numbers. We then started texting almost immediately.”
“Out of nowhere, she asked me to take her shopping. I thought it was a simple request until she showed me what she wanted—a designer bag worth $9,000.”
“I told her I didn’t have that kind of cash on me, thinking that would end the conversation. But then she responded, ‘Come and pay with your card,’ as if it was nothing.”
“I just met you 10 minutes ago, and you expect me to spend $9,000 on you? How does that even make sense?”
