A young lady has taken to social media in a heart-wrenching video, shedding tears as she seeks help from the public to reconcile with her elder brother, who has refused to speak to her for the past five months after the phone he bought for her as a gift was stolen just a day after she received it.
This emotional plea was posted on her personal TikTok page, where she openly expressed the pain and regret she has carried since the incident occurred.
In the video, the visibly emotional lady’s face is shown alongside a touching caption that reads: “No one knows my big brother stopped talking to me because he got me a new phone and it was stolen the next day.”
She added that all she’s left with now is the phone’s receipt, its protective pouch, and a heavy sense of guilt weighing on her heart. “It’s been five months and he hasn’t said anything to me. It hurts so much. If only the thief who stole that phone knew the damage they’ve caused, maybe they would have had a change of heart. I miss my brother dearly,” she lamented in the clip.
Further describing her pain and regret, she wrote: “Please, everyone should help me beg my brother. I’m truly sorry. Yes, it cost him a lot because it was an iPhone, but I honestly don’t even know how it got stolen. It wasn’t intentional, and it breaks my heart that this has torn us apart.”
