There was serious drama recently when a landlord deliberately damaged his tenant’s air conditioner unit over its installation on his property.
A viral video currently circulating online captures the shocking moment the landlord physically vandalized the AC unit, allegedly because he never gave the tenant permission to install it in the building.
According to reports, the landlord had earlier warned the tenant against setting up the air conditioning system. Despite the warning, the tenant went ahead, prompting the landlord to take matters into his own hands by violently attacking the equipment with a sharp object.
In the clip, the enraged landlord can be seen slashing at the AC, daring the tenant to take legal action. He even mentioned that he had already contacted his lawyer, showing he was prepared for any consequences.
