In his post, Ivan shared the details of the land gift, stating, “A follower in Sweden just gifted me a FULL plot of land in Lagos after reading my CBEX story on Legit.ng.” He went on to explain the value of the land in the rapidly developing Ibeju Lekki area, noting that a well-protected, standard plot in the region, offered by reputable real estate companies like PWAN, would start from N30 million. He also highlighted how the area is becoming increasingly sought after, with residential regions in Ibeju Lekki being sold out due to the area’s evolving development.
Ivan’s post concluded with a message of gratitude for the unexpected act of kindness and a reflection on how quickly Lagos is growing, particularly in Ibeju Lekki. He also expressed his belief that the generosity of his Swedish follower was an incredible gesture, helping to lift his spirits after his financial loss. “For those of you who live in Lagos, you all know how Lagos state is gradually evolving into Ibeju Lekki and how currently all residential regions covered by reputable real estate firms in Ibeju Lekki have been SOLD OUT,” Ivan wrote.
