In addition to causing the accident, the officer reportedly seized the driver’s mobile phone and took ₦100,000 from him before the tragic event unfolded.

“This is not the first time they are harassing me. Every time, they find a way to harass me. The police have killed me! Every day, they collect money from me. They took ₦100,000 and my phone. This is not even the third time.”
