The unfortunate incident reportedly took place in Plateau State, specifically in the Anguldi, Zawan area, throwing what was meant to be a joyous occasion into chaos and heartbreak.
According to reports shared by Plateau Watch on Facebook, the wedding between the couple was scheduled for Saturday, April 5th, 2025, and all arrangements had been finalized ahead of the grand event. Guests had started arriving, accommodations were booked, and final rehearsals had taken place.
However, on the night of Friday, April 4th, just hours before the ceremony, the bride suddenly vanished and left behind a shocking reason: she could not proceed with marrying a man who belongs to the COCIN Church (Church of Christ in Nations).
“What sort of wickedness is this? Breaking: Update reaching me, coming out of Anguldi, Zawan, is that a bride has called off her wedding yesterday night! The wedding was scheduled to hold today, Saturday. Groomsmen are lodged in a hotel just before Grand Cereals, and the Bridesmaids are currently at the COCIN Pastorium, but wife-to-be don move🤦🤦 Her flimsy excuse is that she doesn’t want to get married to a COCIN member… Ahhhhh!!! For relationship of over 3 years and you allowed him to make preparations plus expenses?
