Ihuoma Nneji, daughter of ABC Transport founder, Frank Nneji, has officially been declared wanted by the Nigeria Police Force over allegations linked to her ongoing feud with popular Nigerian online critic and activist, Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan (VDM).
According to an official police bulletin dated April 16, 2025, and released to the public via social media and select news outlets, Nneji is wanted for offences bordering on criminal defamation, injurious falsehood, and cyberstalking, stemming from multiple incidents that unfolded between August and September 2024.
The controversy first surfaced in September 2024 when VeryDarkMan took to his official platform on X (formerly Twitter) to call out the billionaire’s daughter, accusing her of blackmailing an Abuja-based businessman (whose name remains withheld for security reasons). He claimed that Nneji, alongside unnamed associates, had deliberately orchestrated a coordinated cyberbullying campaign aimed at damaging the businessman’s reputation and extorting him.
Further investigations conducted by MCC News revealed that these alleged activities included fabricating damaging social media posts and threatening to leak sensitive information about the businessman unless certain demands were met.
In response to the alleged actions, VeryDarkMan posted a video warning on September 24, 2024, giving Ihuoma Nneji a 24-hour ultimatum to issue a public apology and retract the defamatory content from all platforms. He stated in the video that failure to comply would result in him exposing incriminating evidence to the public and relevant authorities.
Since then, tensions between both parties have escalated on social media, with supporters and critics of each side weighing in, causing a significant buzz across multiple platforms.
The current police declaration against Nneji marks a dramatic turn in the case, as law enforcement confirmed that active efforts are now underway to locate and apprehend her for questioning and possible prosecution.
The police bulletin advises anyone with useful information on Ihuoma Nneji’s whereabouts to immediately contact the nearest police station or reach out via the emergency lines provided.
