Popular actor, Yul Edochie has opened up about the reason behind his shift in calling, revealing that after announcing his divine calling to become a pastor, he now believes his true purpose is to be a native doctor. This comes a year after he revealed that God had called him to serve as a pastor.
It would be recalled that last year, the thespian stunned many when he not only disclosed his divine calling but also opened a ministry. However, the actor later left many people shocked when he revealed his decision to embrace traditionalism instead.
In a recent post on his social media page, Yul explained that the call to become a native doctor is not a decision made lightly, but one he believes comes from the most high God. He emphasized that the calling goes beyond personal service to God and humanity, as it also involves preserving the traditional ways of his people.
According to him, “The call to become a native doctor is a call from the most high God. A call to serve God, serve humanity, and preserve the traditional ways of your people. Unfortunately, some people abuse the call by turning evil. Same way a pastor or priest can turn evil. A true native doctor will never involve himself or herself in evil. A true native doctor is a servant of God Almighty.”
