Popular Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola [/b]has revealed in a recent interview that she has no interest in remarrying but would love to have more children with her ex-husband.
In 2023, Wumi Toriola shared the reasons behind her marriage breakdown with her ex-husband, explaining that the marriage ended because of constant verbal abuse during their arguments. According to her, her ex-husband would often belittle her, rubbing her mistakes in her face, which contributed to the failure of their relationship.
In a more recent conversation, Wumi Toriola shared that her ex-husband had told her that even if they got back together, she may not be the best wife for him. However, he also praised her for being an excellent mother to their children. The actress mentioned that while they are no longer married, they are currently in a healthy co-parenting relationship, raising their kids together without issues.
Wumi stated, “I’m not interested in getting married now, but I want to have more babies with my ex-husband. My ex-husband told me that I may not be a good wife to him if we come back together, but he later told me that I’m a good mother to our children. He’s not married to anyone else yet, though I can’t say if he’s in a relationship. Right now, we’re co-parenting very well.”
