Controversial Nigerian street-hop artist, Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, widely known as Portable, has sparked fresh drama on social media after openly calling out popular cross-dresser and influencer, Idris Okuneye, a.k.a Bobrisky, over his recent name change to Afolashade.
In a fiery video shared via his official Instagram page, Portable didn’t hold back as he ridiculed Bobrisky’s new identity, suggesting that the transformation was bought with money rather than being genuine. The singer criticized Bobrisky’s attempts to live as a woman, questioning his authenticity and making it clear that he does not recognize the change.
Portable claimed that Bobrisky, through financial influence, had modified his physical appearance and name without possessing the true biological traits of a woman. He argued that such alterations do not make someone female, no matter how convincing the external appearance may be.
Escalating the matter, Portable issued a bold challenge, demanding a Ferrari and ₦100 million in cash as conditions before he would accept a physical confrontation with Bobrisky. He stated that he was ready to engage in a boxing match with the influencer, daring him to return to Nigeria and face him one-on-one.
The singer went as far as addressing Bobrisky’s mother in the video, urging her to talk to her child and keep him in check before he gets “disfigured” in a public fight. Portable boasted about his strength and combat skills, insisting that he would ruin Bobrisky’s face with a single punch.
He said partly: “You are not a woman; you don’t have female genitals. Even your breast that is entering our eyes was surgically made. I will ruin your face with punches. I heard you changed your name from Idris to Folashade. Na money you use change wetin dey your chest. Brotherhood isn’t proud of you; return to Nigeria.”
Portable’s video has since gone viral, drawing mixed reactions from fans and social media users, with some backing his statements and others condemning the insults and aggressive tone. Meanwhile, Bobrisky has yet to issue a formal response to the public challenge or the mocking comments directed at him.
