Popular streamer, Peller has opened up about why he no longer enjoys being around his family, sharing his struggles as the breadwinner and how it has affected his relationship with them.
During a live session with his colleague, Sandra Benede, Peller revealed that he has reached a point where he finds it difficult to live with his family anymore. He explained that his mental maturity has grown to a level where it now feels almost impossible to reside with his parents. He further explained that his mindset has evolved to the point where he sees himself as both a father and mother to his parents, a role he never imagined taking on.
In his emotional discussion, Peller admitted that although he has a senior brother, he has become the primary person responsible for supporting his family financially. He expressed how the constant responsibility of being the sole provider has weighed heavily on him and made him feel overwhelmed. He said that even though he provides for them from a distance, sending them money and things to ensure they are well, the demands have been mentally exhausting.
Peller explained, “I no like to the see my family again. I dey send them things to make sure say them dey okay, because my mentality now don pass to dey stay with my parents. My thinking now don pass their own thinking, e come be like say na me be their father and mother. I no dey rest. If no be say them go dey find person, I for don run go America go find some place go dey stay inside…”
