Controversial Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has once again ignited fresh controversy online after releasing a heated video where she took aim at an unnamed individual, accusing them of harboring bitterness and resentment over her 2020 wedding to her husband, Lateef Lawal. The actress, known for her unapologetic and outspoken personality, didn’t mince words as she addressed the lingering feud that has trailed her marriage for years.
In the viral video currently making rounds across social media platforms, Lizzy Anjorin alleged that this unnamed individual went to disturbing and shocking extremes in an attempt to destroy her reputation and destabilize her family. She claimed that while the individual pretended to celebrate publicly, they harbored ill intentions privately. “You are doing a ceremony of curse on your children. They recorded Alhaji’s nudity and even did his obituary while he was still alive,” she added furiously.
The actress also connected the individual’s alleged malicious activities to other celebrity controversies in recent years. She mentioned how this person supposedly had a hand in pushing damaging narratives about embattled actor Baba Ijesha during his scandal, and even in fueling accusations against singer Naira Marley, connecting him to the tragic death of Mohbad. “Look how they package Baba Ijesha. Same way, you instigated Naira Marley, claiming he killed Mohbad. Why don’t you have a forgiving spirit?” Lizzy questioned pointedly.
Known for her fearless, no-holds-barred approach to public disputes, Lizzy Anjorin maintained in the video that she had remained silent for years out of respect and to avoid unnecessary drama. However, she stated that the attacks against her marriage and family had reached an unbearable point, leaving her with no choice but to publicly defend herself. “I gave birth after 9 months, followed by Florida paradise. You can’t instigate the whole world against one person,” she warned.
