The ongoing controversy surrounding popular Nigerian content creator, Oluwadolarz, and his baby mama, Ife Luv, has continued to unfold, with his mother speaking out once again to address the situation publicly.
The controversy initially began when reports surfaced that Oluwadolarz had been caught cheating with a side chic, an allegation that quickly went viral on social media. The news led to widespread criticism from fans, while Ife Luv reportedly expressed her dissatisfaction with his actions.
During a recent TikTok live session, Oluwadolarz’s mother shared her thoughts on the issue, urging Ife Luv to remain calm and approach the matter with patience. She admitted that she was unaware of the alleged relationship problems between her son and Ife Luv until she saw the reports online.
“I only found out about my son and Ife’s fight through the internet. We don’t live together, so I had no idea what was going on. People should leave them alone; once they calm down, we can discuss and resolve the matter,” she stated.
She went on to express her opinion on infidelity and marriage, making a controversial remark about women enduring difficult situations in relationships. According to her, cheating is not a new occurrence in marriages, and in previous generations, women found ways to cope with such challenges rather than immediately leaving their partners.
“Have you never heard of a woman catching her husband having s*x with another woman on their matrimonial bed, yet she still washed the bed sheets after sending the other woman away? If you leave a man because he cheated, do you know what the next man might do to you? He could be even worse than the one you left,” she argued.
She further lamented the changing nature of modern relationships, stating that younger generations lack the level of patience and endurance that women in the past had.
“Children of nowadays don’t know how to endure. We went through a lot in our time. I am not taking sides, but I’m simply saying that relationships require patience,” she added.
Her statements have sparked heated debates online, with many social media users criticizing her perspective, accusing her of enabling infidelity and defending her son’s alleged actions. Others, however, believe that she was merely expressing traditional views on marriage and relationships.
