In a series of TikTok videos that have gone viral, Kemi shared disturbing allegations, claiming that her father subjected her and her siblings to years of abuse, trauma, and even alleged ritual practices.

The journalist, known for her outspoken nature and tendency to share unfiltered personal stories, declared that she no longer considers herself a member of the Olunloyo family. She questioned the media’s glowing tributes to her father, suggesting that the public was unaware of his actions behind closed doors.

According to Kemi, her father was responsible for severe physical and emotional abuse. She recounted a chilling story involving her younger brother, Gbenga, who was reportedly punished for stealing in school. “A teacher once reported my 12-year-old brother to Daddy for stealing. Dad hung him on the ceiling fan, beat him heavily, and turned on the fan,” she claimed, sparking outrage from viewers.

In another horrifying incident, she revealed that their father burned Gbenga’s back with a hot iron, leaving permanent scars. She said, “The scars are still there till today. He will tell that story to his children.”

Kemi also made shocking claims that her father took two of her brothers to a ritualist. There, they were allegedly forced to drink human blood as part of a spiritual fortification process. She added that her brother, Oyeleke, died after returning to the UK six weeks later when he was hit by a car. “Mummy shouted that Daddy sacrificed him,” she said. The second brother, according to her, contracted HIV after the ritual encounter.

In a particularly emotional part of her story, Kemi alleged that her first son, whom she sent to Nigeria for a holiday while she lived in the United States, returned mute and was later diagnosed with autism. She accused her father and his wife, Ronke, of using juju on the boy during his stay in Nigeria.

“Daddy was helping other people’s children to get jobs but never did anything for us,” she said with visible frustration and disappointment, reflecting years of neglect and emotional pain.

Her emotional exposé has triggered widespread sympathy from some social media users, while others have expressed shock and disbelief over her accounts. Many netizens took to the comment section to empathize with her and commend her courage for speaking up about her family trauma.
