An alleged chat between popular YouTuber, Jason Lee and renowned American singer-songwriter, Tory Lanez accuses Kelsey Harris of involvement in the shooting of her former friend, Megan Thee Stallion.
This latest revelation surfaced during a podcast appearance where Jason Lee read out a direct message he allegedly received from Tory Lanez. The message implicates Kelsey Harris as the actual shooter in the controversial incident that resulted in Lanez’s 10-year prison sentence.
The claim builds on a separate accusation made by Bradley James, Kelsey Harris’s former bodyguard and driver, who recently disclosed that he once overheard a conversation in which Kelsey allegedly confessed to shooting Megan Thee Stallion.
Recall that Tory Lanez was convicted in 2023 for the shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. He is currently reported to be hospitalized following a stabbing incident by a fellow inmate.
According to Jason Lee, the conversation with Tory Lanez began with casual greetings and soon transitioned into a serious discussion about the evidence that was allegedly suppressed during the trial. Lanez is said to have claimed that he “took the rap for Kelsey” out of a desire to protect her from imprisonment.
The singer also shared a touching personal story about the death of his mother during his teenage years, which he said shaped his decision-making and emotional responses, suggesting he couldn’t bear to let another child lose their mother.
“I took the rap for Kelsey, never wanted her to go to jail,” he allegedly stated in the message read by Jason Lee.
The video of this revelation has since gone viral, sparking a fresh wave of speculation and debate surrounding the infamous 2020 shooting incident.
