The ‘Playboy’ crooner, who has made a name for himself with hit songs like "Jealous" and "Vibration," explained that while he once thought about experiencing heartbreak just for the sake of understanding it, he is now in no rush to go through such emotional turmoil. "I have never had my heart broken. I wanted to experience heartbreak but I didn’t want anymore. Not at this age. I think it would ruin me," the 29-year-old singer said candidly, emphasizing that the lessons learned from heartache might not be worth the emotional cost at this stage in his life.

In a more reflective moment, Fireboy shared how he sought to understand heartbreak better by conversing with women he had previously been romantically involved with. He mentioned that he wanted to gain an understanding of what heartbreak truly felt like from their experiences. "What I heard was not nice. Also, I think we break our own hearts. That is my theory. Ninety per cent of the time, if you have your heart broken, look inward—you definitely had something to do with it," he added, offering a unique take on the phenomenon. Fireboy expressed the belief that people are often partly responsible for the heartbreak they endure, as their actions or inactions contribute to the painful endings in relationships.

The singer further elaborated on his perspective by suggesting that many heartbreaks stem from individuals ignoring red flags and gut instincts during the early stages of relationships. He pointed out how, in hindsight, people often realize they saw warning signs but chose to overlook them in the pursuit of love. "There were some points when you saw the signs, there were sometimes when your instincts tell you that you shouldn’t involve yourself in some relationships, but then the heart wants what it wants," Fireboy admitted, offering an honest take on how emotions can sometimes cloud judgment when it comes to romantic choices.

Concluding his thoughts on the matter, Fireboy DML acknowledged that heartbreak is undeniably a painful experience, one that he does not wish to face at this point in his life. While many have gone through the heart-wrenching process of emotional recovery, the artist has chosen a different path, prioritizing his emotional well-being and career over the potential heartache that love sometimes brings. "Heartbreak is a very painful experience. It’s something I am not willing to risk at this point in my life," Fireboy concluded, leaving fans to reflect on his approach to love and relationships.
