Notable lifestyle influencer, Adeola Chizoba Adeyemi, popularly known as Diiadem, has strongly responded to a social media claim suggesting that a man was responsible for purchasing her house.
The drama unfolded after a netizen commented on a post made by the controversial blog, Gistlover, where an unnamed lady was accused of receiving a house gift from a man. The commenter identified the lady in question as Diiadem, claiming that the building was allegedly constructed for her by a man who resides near his own family home.
In a bold and fiery reaction shared via her Instagram story, Diiadem condemned the false narrative being peddled by the online user, emphasizing that she personally funded every aspect of her home’s construction and branding the allegations as a baseless attempt to undermine her success.
She stated in clear terms that no man was behind her achievements and challenged anyone with evidence to prove otherwise. According to her, the continuous assumptions that successful women are backed by wealthy lovers or sponsors is a disservice to the hard work many women put into building their lives.
Diiadem also made it known that she is not in any romantic relationship with anyone living in her estate and reaffirmed her position as a self-made woman. She expressed frustration at bloggers and commenters who try to discredit women's progress by attributing it to men or sugar daddies.
She said:
“Say whatever you like about me, but that mansion you’re all seeing? Every brick is my MONEY. I double dare anybody to come forward to take credit for what they didn’t do. And No, I’m not dating anyone that lives in that estate. Get your facts right.
Bloggers have become enablers for the lazy ones (they be like, don’t let anyone pressure you 0000) painting a picture that every hardworking woman has one sugar governor in the shadows.
So the idle ones relax, scroll, and bash, thinking they’re doing something. But when these same women start winning in all areas, you’re shook. Asking how? Why? Sis, maybe get out of the comments and into your own bag.
And about that “p*ssypreneur” talk; no be the same one you get? How e take help you leave the trenches? Exactly. Focus.”
