Afrobeats superstar, Davido [/b]has disclosed that in the history of Nigerian music, he has been the most bashed and disrespected artiste ever.
Speaking about his music career and the many challenges he has faced, Davido revealed that throughout his journey, he has been the most criticized and dragged Nigerian artist in the country, often subjected to harsh treatment from the public and media alike.
Davido also shared that some of his signees under his record label often get affected by the negative comments people post about them on social media. He explained how he always advises them to avoid reading the hurtful comments from online trolls, encouraging them not to let such negativity affect their confidence and self-worth.
Reflecting on his own experience, Davido pointed out how his rise in the music industry has come with constant trolling and disrespect. He attributed part of this to his background, stating that being the son of a successful man often makes one a target for criticism in the Nigerian entertainment world.
