Viral Nigerian chef and one-time Guinness cook-a-thon contender, Adeparusi Damilola a.k.a Chef Dammy, has joined a culinary school to further enhance her cooking expertise.
It would be recalled that the 25-year-old chef made headlines in 2023 after conducting a 120-hour cook-a-thon, which garnered significant attention and went viral on social media. The challenge, though not officially recognized by the recording body, caught the eyes of many Nigerians who admired her dedication and skill in the kitchen.
Despite her valiant effort, which unfortunately did not gain the official recognition she had hoped for, Chef Dammy continued to earn the admiration and support of Nigerians. Now, in an exciting new chapter of her career, the popular food critic Opeyemi recently shared the news that Chef Dammy has joined a culinary school to improve her cooking skills and expand her culinary knowledge.
In a video shared by Opeyemi, Chef Dammy can be seen in her culinary school attire, smiling and posing for a selfie with the food critic. Opeyemi, who has been an advocate of Chef Dammy’s journey, captioned the post, saying: "Guess who is now in cullinary school 😁"
