Popular skit maker, Carter Efe, has stirred controversy online after making a remark about the appearance of fast-rising singer Seyi Vibez, despite acknowledging his musical talent.
In a video that is currently trending on social media, Carter Efe openly praised Seyi Vibez for having exceptional vocal ability. He expressed admiration for the singer’s voice and musical delivery, emphasizing how much he enjoys his music.
However, the content creator didn’t hold back from taking a jab at the singer’s looks. While he applauded Seyi Vibez's talent, Carter Efe bluntly stated that the only issue he has with the artist is his physical appearance, which he described as “wowo” — a Nigerian slang meaning unattractive.
“I like Seyi Vibez die; The only problem with me and Seyi Vibez be say Seyi Vibez wowo. Na only artiste wey get better vocals but he come wowo,” Carter Efe said in the video.
